Lost or Undelivered Packages

Non-Receipt of Package
If a package is delivered to your address or held at a post office but not collected, it will be returned to the carrier.
In such cases:
We will resend the package free of charge (first attempt).
If the package is not accepted or collected again, we reserve the right to deduct 15 EUR from the refund amount.
